Let the Discounted price be x.
Therefore x + 10% (x) = 2563
$x+\displaystyle\frac{10}{100}x = 2563$
$\Rightarrow \displaystyle\frac{11x}{10}=2563$
$\Rightarrow x = 2563 \times \displaystyle\frac{10}{11}$
x = 2330
So discount offered = 2563 - 2330 = 233
Discount percentage = $\displaystyle\frac{233}{2563}\times 100=9.09 $ %
